You may cancel or pause your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Once a subscription box has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that month.

Visual Bliss Co reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect orders already processed.

Payment must be received in full before orders or subscriptions are shipped.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. Visual Bliss Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

At Visual Bliss Co, we believe flexibility and clarity are part of intentional living. Please review the subscription cancellation terms below.

Subscription Billing

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
Your billing date is determined by the date you initially subscribe.
Charges will continue automatically unless your subscription is paused or canceled.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be completed before your next billing date.
If a cancellation is made after billing, the current month’s box will still be processed and shipped.

No Refunds on Processed Boxes

Once a subscription box has been:

Billed
Prepared
Or shipped

It cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for that month.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a break:

You may pause your monthly subscription

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

We will attempt to process the payment again
If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or canceled automatically until payment is updated
